Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

  • Return or Exchange is available only for selected products. Please check the product page to see if the item is eligible.
  • The return policy for individual products may change without prior notice.
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Return or Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Missing item(s)
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect size, color, or design (where applicable)

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return or Exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the respective product page.
